Short Description: RCFL Recruitment 2025-26 for Senior Engineer and Manager Vacancies – Apply Online | Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) has issued the RCFL Recruitment 2025 notification for direct recruitment to the posts of Senior Engineer (Chemical) E2 Grade and Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade. Under this recruitment drive, 10 total vacancies are announced in UR, SC and OBC(NCL) categories. Regular full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology from UGC/AICTE recognized institute with minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC)
Experience
Senior Engineer (E2): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Fertilizer industry with Ammonia plant or Ammonia plant integrated with urea plant. Manager (E4): Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in Fertilizer industry with Ammonia/Urea plant.
Age Limit
Senior Engineer (E2): UR 36 Years, SC 41 Years, OBC-NCL 39 Years. Manager (E4): UR 42 Years, OBC-NCL 45 Years. Additional 5 years age relaxation is applicable for victims of 1984 riots.

Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Salary Details
Senior Engineer (E2)
₹50,000 – 1,60,000/- (Approx. Gross Salary: ₹1,07,900/- per month)
Manager (E4)
₹70,000 – 2,00,000/- (Approx. Gross Salary: ₹1,51,000/- per month)
